AN OFFER OF LEASE OF A PRODUCTION HALL WITH A SOCIAL AND ADMINISTRATIVE COMPLEX

Location: DÄ…browa Górnicza ul. Koksownicza 9, within the area of Katowice Special Economic Zone.

1.    General characteristic of the complex

            The complex consists of two elements:

A – a 60 x 60 m production and storage hall, area: 3600m2, 8.57 x 30 m structural model, clear height: 6.47 ÷ 7.0, ridge height: 8.59 m

Lindab ASTRON system hall, building type: AZM 2

Reinforced concrete flooring B30, 20 cm thick, Bautech finishing.

Flooring designed for the installation of 8 2.5 t bridge cranes of range 15m, with an independent track structure.

The production area is adjusted to the flexible shaping of machine position, according to current needs. Contact rail supply to axles provides the possibility of machines supply in any configuration.

 

B – administrative and social part area: 1 507.56 m2

2. Water systems.

 

2.1. Cold water system supplied from ø 63 PE connection of the plant drinkable water network.

2.2. Hot water system from a 500 l hot water container in the boiler room.

 

3. Sewer system installation.

3.1. The building liquid waste collector is the company sewage system.

 

4. Fat sewage installation

Installation designed for sewage collection from technological and sanitary tools in the kitchen part (sinks, wash basins, floor drain grates).

 

5. Storm water drainage

The northern part – external drainage through drainpipes and sanitary pipes outside the building. He southern part – Pluvia system vacuum drainage.

 

6. Gas fittings

Gas fittings in the building are powered from the gas connection and gas pressure reduction and measuring unit on the building wall with 5kPa GZ 50 gas (after the reduction at the reduction and measuring station). The building installation powers the following objects:

  • c.o. gas boiler in the boiler room
  • gas radiator heating the production hall
  • heating and ventilation apparatuses on the building wall

 

7. Mechanical ventilation and air conditioning

Production hall – air ventilation providing 1 air exchange an hour (of to the height of 4 m). Air blowing through 3 ventilating and heating gas apparatuses with exterior air intakes and 6200m3/h mixing chambers.

Air exhaust by a set of 9 WDc25 roof ventilators, n=1280l/min on B/I roof base and an individual insulated supporting structure.

Offices – 1 and 2 floor, a three-storey part: air ventilation terminal with a rotor heat exchanger, variable efficiency fan, water heater, 2-step CFC radiator with a 2-step refrigerating unit.

 

8. Wiring

Electric energy for receptions in the hall is supplied from the transformer station TR3. A substation consists of a transformation station and a 1000 kVA dry-type transformer and a 400V/230V switch room.

In the production hall electric energy switch takes place through a contact rail system distributed evenly on the surface of the hall.

The basic illumination is realised with the use of fluorescent and unloading of the light sources (metal-halogen).

 

9. Fire protection

The complex has separated fire zones: transformer station, boiler room and hall.

All installations which go through the walls between the zones are sealed with an attested fire-protection agent ensuring REI60 fire-protection rate.
